This resort feature two regulation eighteen hole courses The Bay Point Course has few obstacles large greens and flat terrain It is a championship course that was ranked as one of North America s top 25 golf resorts in Golf Illustrated in 1990 The Lagoon Legend Course has water hazards coming into play on sixteen holes This course was ranked 43rd by Golf Digest in its 1992 list of Top 75 Resort Courses It is a target course that requires many blind shots First time players will be intimidated by this course Some of the landing areas look very small but are actually fifty yards wide Hole 18 a 382 yard par 4 requires a tee shot to an island landing area which is still an Indian burial ground The second shot is back to the mainland across a lagoon The course is located next to the swamp on St Andrews Bay making for some very scenic views
